• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Cl-1011 is a Film Forming Corrosion Inhibitor based on Water Soluble Fatty Amines and Surfactants blend.

• APPLICATION:

Cl-1011 provides excellent protection from Corrosion, which can be caused in Crude Oil Pipelines due to presence of H₂S Gas. Pipelines are the safest and economical way to transport/deliver the Hydrocarbons from one place to other places in both Onshore & Offshore Fields. Multi-phase Well Fluid contains Water and other Corrosive Gases like CO₂ & H₂S, which are responsible for the sever Corrosion in Pipelines.

Cl-1011 is a Water Soluble & Oil Dispersible Organic Corrosion Inhibitor, which protects Pipelines, Water Treatment Facilities and Downstream Production Equipments, where Production Fluid contents huge volume of H₂S & CO₂.

Dose: From the field experience, standard range of Dose Rates is 0.2-0.45 Pint/MMSCF(3.2-7.5 lit/MCM) depending upon Fluid Composition, Quantity of Water and Flow Velocity.

• PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

• HANDLING:

Cl -1011 can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust, etc. On ingestion / eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.

• PACKING:

Cl -1011 is available in 200 Liter HM/HDPE Barrels or as per Customer’s requirement.
