Falcor 9501 is a Nitrite-based corrosion and scale inhibitor, which has been formulated and specialized for closed-loop cooling systems.

Advantages

Corrosion Inhibition

Using Nitrite and similar compounds in its formula, Falcor 9501 can protect metals like Steel, Copper, Brass, and Iron from Cathodic and Anodic corrosion in system that use demineralized or soft water.

Usage

1 to 1.5 Kg/m3 of the chemical should be added to cycling water if Chloride content is less than 300 ppm (as NaCl). If greater than 300 ppm then 2 to 2.5 kg/m3 shall be used. The optimum dosage of the chemical will be recommended by Falizan Tasfyeh experts.

Directions

Falcor 9501 can be used both in concentrated and diluted form. It is better to inject Falcor 9501 with dosing pump in the suction line of circulating pump. Storage containers and applied devices such as dosing pump and junction parts must be S.S.316 or 304 – PVC- PP- PE; natural and synthetic rubber.
