• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

FD-1019‎ is an Ethoxylated Propoxylated Block Co-polymer, Surfactants which dissolved in alcohols and water.

• APPLICATION:

FD-1019‎ is a Water-In-Oil Demulsifiers, which can be used as standalone Demulsifier to separate Formation Water from Crude Oil Emulsion.

There are vast differences and Characteristics of Crude Oils produced in various Fields. Different FD-1019‎ can be offered to get the optimum Demulsifying Results for any particular Crude Oil. Water Soluble Demulsifier selection and testing is accomplished by standard bottle testing followed by field trial tests.

Dose: From the field experience, Bottle Tests should be carried-out with particular Crude Oil to select most suitable dosage of FD-1019‎. The laboratory bottle test should be done with 1%  in water (or IPA) solution.

• HANDLING:

FD-1019‎ can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust, etc. On ingestion / eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.

FD-1019 is available in 200 Liter HDPE Barrels or as per Customer’s requirement
