• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

CI- 1001 is a Film Forming Corrosion Inhibitor contains Oil Soluble Fatty Amine & Surfactant Blend.

• APPLICATION:

CI-1001 provides excellent protection from Corrosion, which can be caused in Crude Oil Pipelines. Pipelines are the safest and economical way to transport/deliver the Hydrocarbons from one place to other places in both Onshore & Offshore Fields. Multi-phase Well Fluid contains Water and other Corrosive Gases like C02 & H2S, which are responsible for the sever Corrosion in Pipelines. CI- 1001 is highly efficient Film Forming Corrosion Inhibitor, which stops access of the Corrosive Substance to the Metal and protects the Pipelines from Corrosion.

Dosage: From the field experience, standard range of Dose Rates is 10-20 PPM depending upon the Fluid Composition, Quantity of oil-water content and Flow Velocity.

• HANDLING:

CI- 1001 can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust, etc. On ingestion / eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.

Cl -1001 is available in 200 Liter M.S. Barrels or as per Customer’s requirement.
