• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
CI-1041 is a Corrosion Inhibitor, contains Neutralizing Amine along with Film Forming Amines in Hydrocarbon Solvents.
• APPLICATION:
CI-1041 is specially developed to provide
excellent protection from Corrosion, which can
be caused in Refineries due to presence of Organic Acids, Hydrogen Chloride, CO2
and H2S. Generally, Corrosion Problems seems in Distillation Plants, Overhead
System and Wet Production System of Refineries.
CI-1041 is soluble in Aromatic Hydrocarbon Carbon Solvents hence it effectively protects Corrosion in Distillation Plants of Refineries.
Dose: From the field experience, standard range of Dose Rates is 5-20 PPM.

• HANDLING:
CI-1041 can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust, etc. On ingestion / eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.

Cl -1041 is available in in 200 Liter M.S.Barrels or as per Customer’s requirement.
