• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

SI-4001 is a special Phosphonate based Scale Inhibitor along with Polymers.

• APPLICATION:

SI-4001 provides excellent protection from Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate, Barium
Sulfate and Strontium Sulfate types of Scale Deposition in Oil/Gas Producing Operation and Brines. It is compatible with all other Water Flood Chemicals like Corrosion Inhibitors, Biocides, Polyelectrolytes etc.

SI-4001 is a complex composition of Phosphonate and Polymers, which protects from all types of Scales for both continuous injection and squeeze treatment applications in water injection Facilities.

Dose: From the field experience, standard range of Dose Rates is 5 – 15 PPM depending upon types of Scale.

• HANDLING:

SI-4001 can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust, etc. On ingestion / eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.

• PACKING:

SI-4001 is available in 200 Liter HM/HDPE Barrels or as per Customer’s requirement.
