• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

OSD-5605 is a Ethoxylated propoxylated Block Co-polymers, and Surfactants blend in Aromatic Solvent. OSD-5605 doesn’t contain phenolic surfactants.

• APPLICATION:

OSD-5605 is an oil soluble Demulsifier, which can be used as stand alone Demulsifier to separate Formation Water from Crude Oil Emulsion. Befor desalting unit, in refineries.
There are vast differences and Characteristics of Crude Oils produced in various Fields. Oil Soluble Demulsifier selection and testing is accomplished by standard bottle testing followed by field  trial tests.

Dose: From the field experience, Bottle Tests should be carried-out with particular Refinery Crude Oil to select most suitable dosage of OSD-5605.

• HANDLING:

OSD-5605 can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust, etc. On ingestion / eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.

• PACKING:

OSD-5605 are available in 200 Liter M.S. Barrels or as per Customer’s requirement.
