• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Cl-1062 is a liquid Corrosion Inhibitor containing effective Film Forming as well as oxygen scavenger & Biological Dispersing Agents.

• APPLICATION:

Cl-1062 provides excellent protection from Corrosion in interior Metal Surface, which can be caused during Hydrostatic Testing of Pipelines, Vessels, Boilers, Storage Tanks and other Industrial Equipment. Huge quantity of River, Ground and Sea Water are being kept stagnant during Hydro Testing Applications. These Waters are likely to be contaminated with various kinds of Bacteria, Algae, and Fungi etc. and also contain dissolved Oxygen and Inorganic Minerals. Bacteria, Oxygen and Minerals aggressively accelerate natural mechanism of metal corrosion.

Cl-1062 is an efficient Film Forming Agent as well as Biological Dispersing Agents which effectively protects metal Corrosion from dissolved Oxygen, Bacteria and other minerals.

Dose: From the field experience, standard range of Dose Rates is 1000-2000 PPM to get complete protection and keep systems free from Corrosion and Biological Slims.

• PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

• HANDLING:

Cl- 1062 can be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight at ambient temperature. During handling, direct contact with human body is to be avoided. Safety goggles and gloves are recommended for safe handling. The spillage can be handled with dry absorbent like sand, sawdust, etc. On ingestion / eye contact with the product, medical attention should be sought immediately.

Cl- 1062 is available in 220 Liter HM/HDPE Barrels or as per Customer’s requirement.
